I apologize that it is not already out. I have been completing several major projects all at once and am working hard at completing PowerSculpt. I cover everything in Power Sculpt including nutrition, supplements, cardio and ancillary exercises for complete and total development. I'll make an announcement within several weeks.

I am already building a good foundation with a lot of push up variations so when the book comes out I would be ready for it!
