You will really enjoy it and find it valuable. I bought one of Greg's tapes years ago. I have used the concepts of DVR/VRT, Power Flexing, and Isometrics interchangeably and frequiencly use them all in the same workout. Over the years I have tried every form of exercise out there,but this approach is the most effective as it has a meditative type of effect and drills right down to the center of the mind. The head of the Shaolin Temple calls it "moving meditation."
