Hi Gordon,

I wanted to tell you I have seen your pushup video and was impressed. You kept consistant form and a straight back throughout, and you performed a feat at seventy years of age that many twenty year olds cannot do. To put it into context; my dad who is your age, my brothers who are my age, my nephews in their twenties and most of the high school students I teach couldn't have duplicated that feat. By the way, my wife Lori who struggles with pushups was also impressed. Especially at your age. Congratulations.

I knew that you weren't doubting me when I told you about what I saw Gordon do on the DVD but I wanted you to see that Gordon maintained the same form all the way through. I guarantee that the trainer on the other DVD that I also sent to you could not have come close to duplicating what you saw Gordon do with relative ease.
