Hey Viking Dan,
I challenge anyone to try some of my advanced training routines in "Ultimate Push-Ups For The Awesome Physique" and not get a fantastic full body strength, conditioning, and total sculpting workout. Especially with the Atlas Power Pyramid. People will be amazed at what they will discover with this book and the training that it offers. I'm very excited about this.

BTW, does this book actually exist? Was this the European version of IPR or something?

Viking Dan,
The book ULTIMATE PUSH-UPS FOR THE AWESOME PHYSIQUE is currently at 212 pages and I'm not totally finished so I'm going to make sure that there is absolutely nothing that is not essential contained in it's pages. One thing that I feel is essential is to maintain all of the training routines so that the men that use it can achieve the best results of their entire lives.

Hi,
Here is an article I found on Mens Health onltine which explains how to use leverage to increase the effectiveness of body weight exercises. One of the points made by the author is to "move the floor." Which when applied to push-ups would result in the Atlas push-up.
Enjoy

All the Best.

Creating a balance challenge is a good way to use your body as a barbell, performing moves with 1 foot in the air or using T handles clearly are ways to engage the stabilizing muscles( a good thing if done with focused caution)
