Whats funny was i tried filming it on youtube about 5 times getting the right shot and publishing so this film is me doing a 6th or 7th rep w/ the hammer lol. I do have a hard head its smacked me a time or 2 and people thought i'd crack my skull open lol. Luckily my head is strong enough to withstand the blow from levering.

I like lever bar lifts but I use pipe & LIGHT ankle weights for obvious reasons

That is great. Leverage lifting requires a very specialized set of skills and abilities.
