Just curious. Sounds like it's going to have an awful lot of information in it! The suspense is killing me :nailbiting: It's on my Christmas wish list! :present:

Hey Joe,

It's more than 200 pages and I'm actually condensing it down to just the best and most essential information that includes specific training routines. I will also be releasing a separate DVD.

Seperate DVD? Are you going to release a combination book / DVD set, and, if so, will the DVD be playable in all areas?

Hey Michael and all of my Friends,


I'm working hard on the book and will update everyone as I come closer to completion I have been trying to have it finished in time for Christmas but the printer tells me that I won't have it until some time after the first of the year. As far as the DVD is concerned, that will go into production as soon as I have the book to the printer.
