Hey Friends,

Yesterday afternoon when we got home from church I decided to do a set of thirty on the Power Ts. So I got my Power Ts and started pushing. :) Well when I got to thirty I still felt pretty fresh and said to myself I can keep going. So that is what I did and when I got to forty the push-up were getting a bit harder and I was struggling. But I keep pushing and was able to get to FOURTY-SEVEN!! :victory: I couldn't believe I had shattered my previous best of forty-two by five. I am just so happy I am getting that much closer to my goal of fifty and this tells me that I WILL be able to reach it before the end of the year. Anyway my friends thank you for taking the time to read this, encouraging me to push myself, and helping me to get closer and closer to my goals. Again THANK YOU and All the best everyone.

Your goal is to reach 50 reps on the power T's , my goal is to reach 50 reps on just regular push ups, I promised my self that once I can do 50 push ups in a set then I will buy the Power T's.....im 10 reps short of my goal.

Nate,

Congratulation – that’s quite an accomplishment.

For your information I was recently with a few firemen (I believe your dad is a fireman) that have incorporated the Ts into their fitness program. Whether they are using the Ts or some other program for firemen fitness is not just a hobby. Their lives and the lives of others depend on their being “functionally fit”. So the fact that they choose to use the Ts as part of their program really made me happy.

Any chance of you becoming a firefighter in the future?

Hey Nathan,

It's obvious that I was right about you back on January 28th, of 2008. You received everything from me on February 4th, Nate. Look how far you have come since then. It won't be long now, and it will be one year. To say that I am proud of you Nathan is an understatement. My Denise has heard me tell many friends about you. Believe me, You personify everything that we teach.
