Hey Stayfly,
There is nothing to comment on. You need to begin and document each day's exercise and food consumption. In time you may decide to add other exercises and further adjust your nutritional intake. A great course to build a solid muscular foundation for any young man is "Powerflex" by my good friend Big Jim Forystek. It is a perfectly structured eight week program that features five exercises for each of eight body parts. In other words a total of forty synergistic strength and body building exercises that allow you to build your musculature while maximizing your nerve force due to the fact that there are no exercises that compress the spine in any way. PowerFlex is a fantastic foundational program for men of all ages. You can order PowerFlex right here at Bronze Bow. I recommend both the written Course and the DVD.

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I was hoping the exercises in the Miracle 7 book I purchased would be suitable however I appreciate your honesty. It may be a while before I can purchase the Powerflex book and dvd but I'll look into it and consider buying it in the future.

stayfly, John's not saying you need PowerFlex and/or that the Miracle 7 is insufficient. He's saying you aren't really giving enough information to provide any kind of valuable feedback. Start logging your workouts and food and learn from the progress, if you need something more structured get PowerFlex. Ask lots of questions and provide more information to get any worthwhile feedback.
