Just a day after John told me the biggest problem with most men in doing the Superman Wheel Push-Ups was fear and falling on their face, guess what happened? I think I even said to him on the phone, "Oh, I'm not worried about that!"

Actually this happened opposite of what typically happens, I'm sure. I was on my way back up and was stuck so I jerked back. The results? The wheel when straight back, between my feet making my center of gravity somewhere around my face. Gravity, I've discovered, is fairly unforgiving. :beat-up:

Lesson: When doing the Superman Wheel Push-Up be in total control and stay focused!!!

Joe, this is a vast improvement to your looks. It kind of gives you that adventurous and youthful look that women find cute and adorable. You know, like puppies that chase cars and run into the back of them when they stop? I still haven't mastered the Superman wheel pushups yet but I am working on it. I can do it from the knees all day long but from the standing position I only can get a little over 3/4 of the way and then back up. I think it is fear but if you got the guts to do it so do I buddy. I will try it tomorrow and if I get hurt then I will hold you responsible.

Your friend,

Aaron

Ouch! I bet that one didn't feel too good. lol. I've hit the ground pretty hard trying to do the superman push-ups before, but I have never hit my face on the ground. :) Anyway I hope it heals fast and God bless, Joe.

Who was that famous author who wrote, "Better to have lived and fallen on your face doing a superman wheel push-up than never to have tried doing a superman push-up at all"? Or something like that.

Joe at least you tried!

PS don't hold the wheel with your teeth, John might have forgot that small bit of advice.

And as Aaron said you actually look better now.
