Hello,

I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but this is a picture of the yard in front of my house. It is quite a steep angle, and I weed wack it myself. I wear baseball shoes and stand pretty upright.

The neighbors are pretty impressed that I have the strength to do it standing upright, especially given my age. The bank is almost 20 feet high.

I credit Transformetrics with this ability, as 2 years ago I had to hire it done. When I first tried it, I had to sit and scoot. So I feel I've built a measure of functional strength.

Regards,

Alan my friend, that is functional strength, balance and coordiination at its best. Real world strength for real world tasks. Good job.

Absolutely a great testimony, Alan! Fitness has very little to do with six pack abs and biceps ripping out of your shirt sleeves. It has much more to do with helping us live a better life. :)

Been awhile since I've been on. Great job Alan! I have a similar testimony. Since working w/John's materials I've been able to haul a very large air conditioner (bulky and heavy) by myself....and I had back problems. Keep going dude!
