Hey Friends,
From time to time I receive questions about courses and DVD's from Jack Savage. This morning a man e-mailed asking if I recommend Jack's 'Dyna-Flex' Course. Truth to tell I have seen some of Jack's courses including his 'Dyna-Flex" Course. With that in mind let me answer the question this way. If you already own IPR then you already have each the Dyna-Flex exercises presented in the Jack Savage course. As far as his DVD's are concerned, I'll just say that they are unlike any others that I have ever seen.

Hey Joe,
OK buddy, you've got me on that one. That certainly was unusual.

Joe one question? Is the guy in the video a student of the Parrot? Is the Parrot training you? Inquiring minds want to know lol. Will we see either you or the Parrot wearing a red cape and headband in a video? :desire::male-fighter2:

John's too nice. I've seen one of Jack Savage's videos. He is overweight, out of shape, has a bad back, and can't do the simplest movements. He looks like he slept in his clothes, talks and scratches his butt through the whole thing, occasionally demonstrates two reps of some exercise, and then gets out of breath. I will say this very strongly. The guy is a total fraud. Don't believe the B.S. on the website. I thought it was suspicious when I first saw it, but now that I've seen one of his DVD's, you'd better hang on to your pocket book.
For those of you that know me and have read my posts over the past few years, you know I don't say this lightly. I may be down on the weights, and don't particularly like Ellington Darden's methods of training, or Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty, but at least those gentlemen trained, and Darden still has an athletic, muscular physique. The only training in physical culture or martial arts Jack Savage has ever done is hoisting twelve ounce curls and reading Soldier of Fortune.

However, In his latest training video, that Joe posted, Jack appears to have lost some weight.

Sorry if you misinterpreted me, that video I posted isn't Jack Savage, but it is an actual training video. I only posted it as a joke. John said Jack Savage was unlike anyone he had ever seen, so I wondered if he had seen the Hillbilly Ninja!

I realize it isn't Jack Savage - just my futile attempt at humor.

Gordon I thought it was funny, as was Joe's reply. But then I think stupid parrot jokes are funny
Joe that was my last parrot joke. :crying:

I took self defense classes from the hillbilly gentleman at the Y. After the course was done, I wanted to try my new found skills. I hung around the library at the old folks home.
One night late, I had my chance. I was approached by an individual who was pretty suspicious. She asked me for a light, I told her I did not smoke, she said give me your purse. I told her no and got in my stance. She knocked me down and grabbed my pursue. She was very strong for an old woman.
Alas, I learned my lesson not to go looking for trouble, you just might find it.
Now I have a fear phobia when I see gray haired women.
PS She even took the remaining hockey pucks I had left that I did not have time to throw at her.

I have a jack savage dvd and not to give the guy a hard time but whatever made him make it its easy to see who is most likely to go for. He markets well i'll give him that but let me put it this way.....If he practiced seriously what he markets then he wouldnt be in the type of shape u see on the DVDs. Again its difficult to make Jack Savage a fitness guy you'll just have to see for yourself.

Hollyweed did you study with the Kung fu Master in Joe's Video? Sounds like you deserved a refund to! There is a lesson to be learned here, just that I can't seem to know what it is. I had thought "don't puck around or some old lady will womp your butt" lol.
