Hi guys,
I'd like to show you my current program.
I really like it but I'm following the Pushup-part of this routine for 4 months and now the Pushup days become a little boring although I enjoy the feeling after the high reps and of course i made great gains in size and strength.
So I decided to take a break (~2 months) from the High Volume Push ups (at least for me) and try a new routine on these days. but a problem is that I don't want to lose muscle size (if possible). Maybe someone of you can help me with that.:question:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Pushups 400-450 (100 Liederman, 2x50 on parallettes, 2x50 Perfect PU, 2x50 (Atlas I), up to 50 Furey)
Tuesday, Thursday
Handstand-PU 20 (13,7), no progress...
PYTP-Program, every 3 weeks I took another chapter
Pyramid, consisting of Pushup-Squat-Pullup, 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1(morning, and evening)
Planche Training (I think the position is called "Frog")
Monday till Friday
Crunches 3x10
Fullrange Situps 25
As you can see I don't like excercises for the abs, don't know why.
If I find time I like to take a short run (~30-45mins) 1-2 times a week.
That's it. If you have any suggestions or ideas for improving/changing my programm please let me now!
