Here is a video i've made to help educate those who want to get into bending......Im not trying to set records how many bends I make with high level thick nails/bolts. These bends are of different styles that people can learn to do and see what works for them. I bought these 7 inch grade bolts and they're not that thick and fairly easy for me to bend and just thought of making a video of it. If any of you want to try bending I would watch this so you can get an idea what style of bending you wish to do. 2 styles on the video I never attempted before so that was pretty enjoyable.

Benny! :)
Isometrics fascinating me because of their all-over the place availability of use.
The latest "Mighty Atom" report ignited me with motivation.
I adire the old strong men a lot.
A great deal for me were the bending feats.
Can you tell me how to enter in this training.
A journey of a thousend steps starts with the first step.
What do you think of Iso-Pulses with CIC's?
Best regards,
Andreas

I would be interested also to know how much Isometrics help you in your bending training.
It also makes a lot more sense to me that CIC for example are far more superior for bending training than conventional exercises such as bench press.
