Did anyone see that guy Kanye West at the award show over the weekend? I saw the clips on-line and was a little floored. I've read some statements from the guy too, particularly after his rant after Katrina. What strikes me about him is that he appears to have both an inferiority complex AND delusions of grandeur at the same time! He's a walking oxymoron.

Pretty incredible for a guy that speaks Dr. Seuss style rhymes to the beat of a drum machine. Modern American "music", ain't it grand?

I had never heard of the guy,but I have now -he is all over the news. I guess that means that it was an effective "publicity stunt."

Kanye has a history of saying and doing things like this. Whether its all for publicity or its tongue-in-cheek, I don't know!

Trouble is, he's going to shoot himself in the foot. Regardless of what you may think of Taylor Swift and her music, she still won that award. If you didn't like it, the mature thing to do is let her have her time.

Gordon is right this was just a "Publicity Stunt" and Hollywood thinks there is no "bad publicity". Kanye West was going onto the new Jay Leno Show and he is a "attention slut" like so many Hollywood types and he even later put out the rumor that he was drunk. Bad manner but now Gordon knows who he is, and the rest of America.
