I got this one from former UFC world champion Chuck Lidells trainer John Hackelmans Pit workout video.This is just a portion of the full body workout so you can imagine how tough the whole thing is.

This is how its done.You have 2 exercises pushups and squat thrust.Since in Black Jack everything equals 21 thats what your going to do.20 pushups 1 squat thrust,19 pushups 2 squat thrust and so on until you get to 20 squat thrust.Athough thats how they do it in his video you can obviously substitue harder or easier exercises to increase or lessen the intensity.Hindu pushups and burpees would make it much harder.Hope you guys enjoy.

I have that DVD of the pit fighter workout and have performed that and it is definitely a challenge in fact I think I may give that a go tonight
