Just got done finishing a new workout i came up with.I wanted to start working on my handstand holding strength but also get some pullups in.This workout will completly fry your traps,shoulders,lats and biceps.
Hold a handstand for 30-40 seaconds or longer depending on your strength followed by 6 pullups.Rest 1minute or longer as needed.And repeat your hold followed by 8pullups.Keep going pyramiding up to 12 and then back down to 6.Then switch your pullup grip and repeat.
Altoghether it took me around 30 minutes and i am cooked.Oh yeah i almost forgot.On your last set go to failure on handstands and pullups.Enjoy.
