I have one week left in my 12 week start up to get back into shape after a long layoff. I used a Transformetrics workout with a BFL training template. After 11 weeks, the upper body got good improvement:

but the legs really shaped up:

Next week I will finish the intro and kick up the training somewhat.

Great job! I don't know what the "before" photos would have looked like, but I'd be happy to take the "after" ones.

I'm just returning back to Transformetrics after an injury. What's a BFL template?

DT, looking great man!! Keep at it, if that's just 12 weeks of work you're going to show a lot of progress real fast!

Basically, I set up my strength days to use the Body For Life (BFL) template of 12 reps at 50%, 10 reps @ 60%, 8 Reps at 70 %, 6 reps at 80% , 12 reps @ 60% 12 reps of another Transformetric exercise directed at the same bodypart. I used teh BFL format of working 5 areas of the upper body for one workout and 5 areas of the lower body for another. I used Transformetric exercises from PYTP instead of weights.
AN example on upper body days:
12 Atlas Push ups on level ground
10 Atlas push ups with the feet resting on the first step of my deck
8 Atlas push ups with the feet resting on the second step of my deck
6 Atlas push ups with the feet resting on the third step of my deck
12 Atlas push ups with the feet resting on the first step of my deck
12 Furey Push Ups

and then go on to four other body parts the same way.

I'm very interested in how your progress went since I'm a big BFL fan. I followed the BFL eating and workout plan about six years ago and lost about 30lbs. The workout plan is probably my favorite one out of all the ones I ever did using weights. I need to do it again as I need to lose about 15lbs that I gained back. I would like to try it again and use exercises out of PYTP like you did.

Give it a try, Wayne. I used it to get back in shape enough to work ut harder. I still have a little gut to lose, but as you can see the results using Transformetics equals that of the weight program in BFL.
