Hey Friends,

I just got done with a workout I have created a new and it was completely amazing. What it was is a mixture of push-ups on the Power Ts and the M7. I thought some f you might like it. Anyway here it is!

First take your max on the Power Ts and split it in half.

Second do your first set on the Power Ts to begin the workout. Then immediately after your first set on the Ts you do the first M7 exercise. Afterwards you do a little deep breathing (to get oxygen to the muscles) and then do you second set of the Power Ts followed again immediately by the second M7 exercise. Repeat this until you do the of the M7.

Well guys again I thought some of you would like this.So if you have any questions please post them and I will answer them best I can. All the best my friends. :)

P.S. You guys don't have to use the Power Ts. You can use whatever type push-up you want. This is just what I used because it was challenging.

In general, I like the idea of performing difficult Power Cals followed immediately by a DVR equivalent( working the same muscles)

This is a really good workout, Nate. I have been combining VRT with the Power T's, and it dawned on me with this thread to try the M7 with the Power T's. Followed the way that you write it, it's a good workout!
Thanks!

Nate, I did the M7 with push-ups on the T's two days ago and really liked it. I was surprised how much more my shoulders felt it. All in all, I think its a cool idea, an I look forward to doing the M7 an including other exercises.

Take care,

Matt
