After doing a couple of sets of regular push ups on the T's I decided to be adventurous and do Tiger stretch/Hindu push ups on the T's I rarely do Hindu push ups).I did 23 not all at once 5-10-8 a little shaky but my shoulder muscles were pumped from the little I did-Kevin

Hey Kevin,

Doing Hindu push-ups on the Power Ts is an amazing exercise. I don't do them often but do every now and then. But like you said it truly give the shoulder an incredible pump even if you only do a short amount of them. All the best.

And if you donīt have Power Tīs, like me, try doing the Hindu PUīs on your fingertips. Works great! I tried it this morning.

Doing Tiger stretch pushups on your finger tips is good also try doing them on you knuckles (closed fists). I do like doing Tiger stretch pushups on the Ts. Once you have a handle on it try the other grip/hand positions.

Thank you Guys,the people on this forum motivate me to try new things I have not tried hindus on my finger tips I have a hard time doing regular one on my finger tips maybe I'll give it a go,and I definitely do them on a carpeted floor -Kevin

Isorez,

no, I did them on our wooden floor, as I do all of my exercises. Legs are spread wide apart, to give me a good base. By spreading the legs wide apart, the scooping motion of the movement is somewhat restricted though.
