I have watched that video several times and it just shows what can be accomplished with "just " bodyweight and plain determination and hard work

Really awesome stuff!

I can't help but notice that a lot of those moves border on dance, it's so rhythmic. You'll also notice a lot of times when you see people doing lots of reps of an exercise, they'll get into a kind of rhythm. Field laborers, sailors and armies have worked to song and cadence throughout history. And almost everyone enjoys listening to music while they exercises, picking a tempo that fit's their workout.

It would be with exploring what effect rhythm has on our minds and body in motion.

I love the little speech that the guy gives at the end:

"start with just one pushup, just one pull up"

"eat better food"

And few if any of those guys appear chemically enhanced.
