Alternated the exercises in the course to see where I can start:
Atlas 1 Push-ups: 50
Atlas Sit-ups: 32
Tiger Bend Squats: 112
Atlas Sit-ups: 30
Atlas 1 Push-ups: 32
The Milo: 20/20, 15/15
Obviously no where near some of levels and my atlas sit-ups are not that good but hey gotta start somewhere lol. I'll be sure to write down the timing next time.

A bit sore but here are the results:
Military Push-ups: 62
Atlas Sit-ups: 33
Tiger Bend Squats: 115
Atlas Sit-ups: 15

Day 4 Couldnt do much sense I had pizza just 2 hours before and still full.....

Great job mixing things up with the push-ups, I think I'll do the same also the ab work though too...
Hey, by the way, I meant to say, "I really enjoyed your video doing the bridging gymnastics."
That was something I never was able to get down when I was doing Combat Conditioning full-time...
Close, but no walk-over. :sad:

Day 8.....Vast improvements especially in the squats and getting slightly better in the sit-ups and actually timed each exercise. Side note...Did my best to keep form in the squats.

Day 9.......Sit-ups still need work but hey its all about consistancy and believing you will do better.

After 9 days straight i've decided to lay off it a while, I'll still be doing the program just using different exercises so i'll be doing my own GUTS Program.....I get burned out quick and I don't like the frustration. Maybe a couple times a week cause I want my body to wanna train and although the program is incredible I feel I need to lay off the exercises and bring in a 24/7 workout Im comfortable with. Thats what its all about right? Finding what works for you. I'll have my GUTS program going tomorrow and do different exercises each day, The Milo i'll make an exception cause thats the "easiest" one in the program.....GUTS is a great program but it can be made in different varieties, i'll still keep the order of the program the exercises will be different, hope I didn't disappoint you guys. I've never been one to keep a program that long but with a little creativity, GUTS can be panned out the way it fits an individual. Every Fri i'll do the Original GUTS cause I do like it but for me everyday is a stretch.

enjoy reading your post, great progress esp. with the squats, I found once the soreness goes the intensity and level of endurance go up as well. Inspiring!
