First workout today. Really liked it, pushed hard, gonna hurt tomorrow!!
Atlas III 25, 1 min.
Atlas sit up II 65, 3 min.
TBS 100, 8 min. (this is whats gonna really hurt tomorrow)
Atlas sit up II 65, 3 min.
Atlas III 18, 1 min.
Milo as prescribed, 4 min.
Total Time: 20 minutes,
Very intense. due to issues with low back I opted to start the program with Atlas sit up II, as I get stronger I plan to move to Atlas 1 sit up.

Hey Tomman:
Those are some impressive numbers! Especially with the Atlas II sit ups. I can only do seven negative Atlas I sit ups. I've always been used to having my feet anchored when I did sit ups. So keeping my legs down with just iso pressure is new to me. So I am really impressed with your sit up numbers. And 100 TBS are great.

Started Chisel 3 days ago as well, it has a cleansing power and I feel that I have lost a bit already that I may have been storing (yuck!)

Howdy, Tom.
You measure your hips at the Trochanters, the "balls" of your hips. Google Trochanter, that would be easier than having me explain it.
I have back issues as well, yet I have far more trouble performing the Atlas II situp than the Atlas I Situp. We are the same height, yet it might be a leverage/bio-mechanic thing.
Or it could just be that I need the weight of my legs to pull against in the Atlas I to compensate for lack of abs....:struggle:

Atlas su I, 20, 3 min did the one as written in the book, I think I put the wrong one in had been doing II(the one i did today was with feet all the way out)
Step ups, 450 12 min.

Really like the workout, numbers and recovery are gettting better each time.

the atlas 1 situp really bothered my back this weekend, so I went back to the II's coming up about half way. This was better for me at this point, I still want to get to the point where I can do the Atlas 1 without an issue. But for now, the abs are still getting a great workout. I am trying to add more tension in them at the top of the contraction.

numbers went down some in few areas, not sure why, maybe just tired, oh well, long range improvement is what were after!

Did a prelim measurment on my waist, down 1/2 inch!!!!!
I have laid off the chisel for now, it did not make me feel good, too jumpy, felt really hot on occasions (flushed), my blood pressure seemed to be up a bit, I am going to evaluate how not taking it effects the above items. We will see!
