Hey guys, I have been doing GUTS for a couple of days and thought that I should post my GUTS routine. I went with the Military Push up routine
Here goes!

Push ups: 45 1min
Sitsup: 25 3min
Push ups: 42 1min
Squats: 161 12min
push ups: 40 1min
situps: 22 2min
push ups: 36 1min

Push ups: 45 1min
Squats: 160 12min
push ups: 40 1min
situps: 23 2min
push ups: 35 1min

Push ups: 45 1min
Sitsup: 23 3min
Push ups: 37 1min
Squats: 165 12min
push ups: 41 1min
situps: 21 2min
push ups: 40 1min

Lookin great so far, the program is VERY intense but I know that if I follow it for 6 weeks I should get great results!

** this is when I really felt like I over trained, all my numbers went down and I definitely was not looking forward to my workout.

** After taking advice for other members on our forum, I decided to cut the intensity a little bit and allow my self enough time to grow into higher numbers. So far so good!
