The plank is often discussed on the forum. Anyone do the side plank on regular basis?

Planks of all types are useful with or without a stability challenge( T handles, Swiss Balls, gymnastic rings,...)

Hey Gary,

I love them-they are the bomb! A steady diet of planks will definately help all the abs and stabilizer muscles-a good follow up is the Cat stretch and then childs pose-very good!
