Well its more like Upper GI but here it is
Atlas 3 push-up 25 (20+15s rest+ 5)
Atlas sit-up 35 (25+15 sec rest +10 ) I also am not touching my knees my hamstrings are VERY tight !
Tiger Bend Squats 125 (this is with a 15 sec rest every 25 reps and I lasted 5 min ) this will hurt tom.
Atlas sit-up 25 (20+15sec rest+5 ) smoked !
Atlas 3 push-up 15
The Milo only did the 20 reps my arms and chest were so fried it took all I had to get the iso contraction in the first place .
Any suggestions on stretching my hamstrings ?
Is my cadence for the TBS too fast ?
any helpful hints , jeers or laughs will be appreciated :dazed:

Jason,
If you have Isometric Power Revolution, do the first two exercises of the Magnificent Seven. These exercises will do wonders to stretch your hamstrings as well as the rest of the muscles in your body. I use the first three exercises to warm up before G.U.T.S.
