Hey Mr. Peterson

Regarding your PYTP book, there was a story of how you were preparing for a marathon and got your bodyfat down to 3.2% and weighed in the 150's compared to your normal upper 178-182. I was curious as to whether or not you took bodypart measurements at that time and how they compared to your normal measurements.

hello Shifu,

My chest was about 45" and my 27.5". My neck was about 15.5 and my arms were less at around 14.5. Even so, I was by far one of the best developed men that was running that day. However, at the end of it I was totally depleted and felt like crawling out of my skin. It was a terrible and unhealthy condition to be in.

Measurements aside, the longterm loss of strength from any activity would disqualify it
