Hi Joe,
My rep/set scheme from today's workout was:
regular pushups 3 x 50
close pushups 3x40
reverse grip pushups 40 40 30
atlas 2 - 3 x 25
atlas 3 - 3 x 20
Crunches were done is sets of 50 between before starting next style of pushups

I can't believe how long it took me to take advantage of an amazing running trail near my house that has pull up bars, ab workout areas, etc... So my neoghbor that I train muay thai with hit the trail and what an awesome workout, we ran the trail and did body weight exercises at each station.
My numbers today were:
480 pushups
40 reps total of chin ups/body rows and curl ups
200 reps of abdominal exercise.\
The best part about todays outdoor workout is that it is the most beautiful fall day and all the leaves have changed color and this runing trail is in the middle of a small forrest so the scenery was amazing

Chinups are an excellent upper body exercise. I don't have a chinup bar anymore so I do them at work the stalls in our washroom have the perfect bar on top for chinups, so whenever its time for chinups off to the bathroom I go ......lol

The power Ts are definitely not easy, it takes quite a few sets to get to 300 as my rep ranges are 15 to 20 with the power Ts. Its funny since I turned 40 last week my workouts have intensified

Hey Rob!!! Once again great and tremendous push up numbers!!! I am truly in awe. Just out of interest are any of those push up sets done with Warrior Power T's? I know you do a variety of push ups and that for a while you were using the T's for some. I am just curious.

Hi Mike,
Over the last few days \i have been concentrating on just standard pushups on handles, I am going to try this for a while and see what type of results I get. I just finished reading Ted Skup's deat taxes and pushups book and thought I would try just using standard pushups and some isometrics throughout the day.

I have recently decided that I don't need to do 1000 pushups every single day, I was glad that I did it for a while and proved to myself that I could. Still keeping things very simple, pushups, chinups and muay thai classes.
Your workouts are lookng very impressive too. Keep it up
