In Europe people from the Middle East and Indian regions are called "Asians" along with Chinese, Japanese, etc.

The Greeks invented the turban as a cheap protective headgear for war. The Thesis is that cloth is hard to cut, thus a turban will protect the poor that could not afford a helmet for military service.
Not all Middle Easterner's nor Indian's wear turban's in England either, the majority don't when I've been there.

Clark some do, I think they are supposed too, but many don't.
Why is he desire to protect her child, and not have a driver wear one article of clothing racist? Maybe I'm missing something here. Would asking for a driver that doesn't wear a cape discriminate against Superman?
People should have the right to employ whomever they choose.

Who defines when improper discrimination takes place?
If I hire one contractor because he does better work than another, then I'm discriminating based on my judgment. So someone would have to define when I can and when I can't discriminate. Who's going to be?

How about a mentally challenged person (I believe is the PC term) who manages to become an Attorney. Would you be discriminating by preferring to hire someone who was not mentally challenged?

It's ok to discriminate based on ability to do the job. It's not ok to discriminate because someone wears a turban.
What about if he wears a dress?

What if his wearing a turban, interferes with his ability to do his job, like if it gets caught in the machinery? Or in this case, causes a 14 year old child to become traumatized?
Or, what if his physical appearance causes the owner of the business to loose customers? For example, a goth dressing, pierced body individual applying to be a maitre d at a high end restaurant?
