I actually have that book. It has a lot of good info inside. Anything from polymeric chin ups to isometrics. Ross' book is very heavy on the written word. In my opinion he does not describe the exercises all that well, nor does he have that many variations of each exercise. PYTP has far more exercises in it and I believe a better buy. But it is interesting to see another proponent of isometrics in Ross.

I hope that was helpful

I gotta brag a bit; Ross credits me in the book for giving him the idea of assisted chinups even though I told him I stole the idea from ...?

I have one word for the book- primo

The book has absolutely no fluff; every exercise is shown with enough pictures that anybody can understand; and, there are more than enough variety of exercises to keep you going for a long time.

Also, at the end of the book are suggested routines. With the various templates you can change out and add exercises.

Hello,

Both books, Never Gymless, and Underground Warrior, are............AWESOME. Great information, you will be happy.

Which reminds me......John, I know we should be patient, but............. We want the push-up book.

Isometric devotees will like the book's coverage; a nice complement to IPR's presentation
