Have you guys check out Greg Mangan's forum?
http://www.transformetrics.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=7

I know a lot of folk only post and read here in John Peterson's forum, but I want to encourage you to take a look at Greg Mangan's, we have some pretty good conversations over there. A lot of folks might not want to post because they don't have any specific question about VRT, but Greg is a really affable guy. He loves to talk about all kinds of different topics. So don't be afraid to just stop by and strike up a conversation.

And while you're there, couldn't hurt to take a look at or ask questions about his VRT system

Oh I just realized that some of the newer members might not know this; Greg posts as VRT Man.

AGREED JOE! Our Friend GREG MANGAN has refined the concept of VIRTUAL RESISTANCE and has himself mastered it's application. Greg's VRT is the ultimate No Pain, All Gain Training System for healing old injuries, preventing ever becoming injured, and refining a beautiful and perfectly sculpted physique. Greg himself is his own best advertisement. I can tell you from first hand experience that the man looks two decades younger than his 57 years and is a perfect example of super health and fitness at any age. Not only that, but just as you say Joe, GREG MANGAN is ONE GREAT GUY.

Hey Guys,

Greg Mangan knows his stuff. He came up the concept of VRT independent of John McSweeny, Swoboda, Maxick, or any of the other pioneers who practiced muscular tension under movement. That he discovered these principles during the eighties heyday of bodybuilding is even more remarkable.

The Third Greg (after Greg Mangan and Greg Rohm),

I'm thinking we have too many Greg on this forum!! I was reading the other day that the wrestler The Ultimate Warrior actaully had his name legally changed to "Ultimate Warrior". So maybe Greg Managan should have his name legally changed to "VRT" Man. That'll solve all of this Greg confusion once and for all! :rotfl:
