Here are 2 of my latest guts routines (I had written down the 3rd but my cats thought it was the PERFECTtoy and I have only remnants of it )
11/9
Military Pushups 30+7 (20 sec rest)
Atlas Situps 40+7 (30 sec rest)
Military Pushups 20+6 (25 sec rest)
TBS/Step-ups 56 - 100 steps- 30-100steps-25- 60 steps
Military Pushups 20 (done- Toast- )
Atlas Situps 20,10,8 (20 sec rests)
Military Pushups 12 (arms are now Jelly)
aerobic isometric pushup in 3 positions 1 min ea
I have dropped the Milo because my arms are so fried I can't "feel " the contractions with the Milo but I seem to do better with the aerobic iso's (Thank you Hopeful ! :) )

Atlas 3 Pushup 22+3 (15 sec rest)
Atlas situps 50+10 (30 sec rest)
Panther stretch Pushups 22 (no mas !)
Tbs 60,35,10
Step-ups 100,50,15
Squat Thrusts 15,10 (WHAT WAS I THINKING ! )
Panther Stretch Pushups 20 (el Toasto)
Atlas Situps 21,10,5 (20 sec rests)
Atlas 3 Pushups 10+2 (20 sec rest) Arms fell off Thank goodness for Gorilla glue !
Aerobic iso Pushup 1 min in 3 positions shaking out and relaxing arms (arms felt so heavy it was hard to lift them)
I did the Tbs step-ups and Squat thrusts in the order shown , when i couldnt do any more of one I would swap to the other the squat thrusts were some aberrant thought that said "Oh what the heck what harm can they do ?") Talk about wiping you out lol
