Yep we all have old weight lifting books and manuals. Are they useless now? No! The exercises, routines and workouts are as young as today now with VRT. Just apply VRT to your favorite weight lifting routine or workout and follow the VRT rules, now you got something. VRT does throw out 70 years of research it super charges it to 21 century material.

I like that idea Mike ! I still have my Keys to Progress book . I think I will open it back up and start playing with the routines

Dan with VRT you can get a gold plated lat pullover machine and have real ivory handles (all in your imagination). VRT will give you any machine you want, seen or can think up. My friend is using VRT at his GYM he uses the lightest weight possible 10 lbs and uses machines, he thinks VRT is better than when he used wieghts, the results show. He says he likes the machines but I think he likes the social scene there.
