The VRT Book I want is based on the style of Big Jim's Powerflex, right size, wonderful layout and presentation, visually stunning and good color choices even. The VRT book will present the landmark VRT system to the World and this is a system the world needs! None of the injuries of weights, all the advantages plus ease of use, no equipment needed, and any machine or weight that can be thought of can be used the VRT way.

If you look at tight school budgets in the US and Third World poverty, people need VRT. My bet is man will take VRT to the Stars! VRT might be as old as mankind but now with modern publishing and printing the world will know about it.

VRT Rocks! Rock on VRTman.

I dunno. Much as I'd like to see an updated VRT book, I appreciate the concise/to-the-point nature of the current one.

Dan you might be right, just because I think that is the perfect thing don't make it right.

That is the VRT Book of my dreams. What do others think? What is the VRT Book you envision or want? How many VRT books should there be? VRT Ripped in 4 weeks is one book I foresee, VRT Body Building made easy another, VRT for Sports Preformance and VRT the Qigong of the 21st century.
