Hey everybody. After a long time of not feeling good and losing weight(im already skinny)for almost a year, the doctors figured out what was wrong. Im a private guy so i wont go into detail, but i what i do have, they told me i have had for over five years and it has kept me from putting on weight and muscle mass. But with all that said im finally better, and the Dr. wants me to start building up my muscles because they havent developed in all those years. I will be doing Push ups, chin ups, and bodyweight squats. 3 sets close to failure two or three times a week, and then adding one rep to each exercise per week. My goal is to be able to do 50 push ups, 20 chin ups, and 100 bodyweight squats per set. I am going to work hard, eat hard, and i promise to make you guys proud. Give me 3-6 months and i will post a picture of my new phsyique. Im sorry its been so long since ive posted, its been a busy and sometimes crazy few months, but ive been thinkin about you guys and hope you are all doing well.
