Today, while doing the G.U.T.S. workout, I was thrilled to complete 100 Tiger Bend Squats in a set for the first time! I am trying to perform right at the edge of muscle burn or "bonking". When I feel the burn began to intensify, I switch to Power Step. Switching between the two gives me a complete workout in my legs and cardiovascular system.

What small victories have you achieved in the last week?

Hey Tim,

It won't be long if it has not already happened that you will notice a 'springiness' to your step. Your body will actually feel lighter due to the functional increases in leg strength from both the TBS and Step Up. The synergy of the way those two exercises work together is amazing. In fact, I hope everyone will take pictures of their legs at the beginning stage of their G.U.T.S. workouts and then at the end of twelve weeks. The difference will be astonishing for most people.
