Planning my routine as soon as I get the green light;. short and sweet, to the point. To start I'll use the M7 and Commander Set then add on.

1) M7 daily

2) Perpetual Lesson daily (from M7 and change things around as desired)

3) Commander Set daily

4) VRT 3 X per week

5) Dynaflex daily

MikeNY, I have noticed you mentioning Dynaflex guite often. I have used Dynaflex a few times in the past but it did not seem to do much for me. I enjoyed the routine however. I thought is was quite fun. I'd like to ask what your expierence with Dynaflex has been.

My experience with Isometrics Powerflexing showed me it works and as you I loved the workout, simple, fast and easy to preform. Doing the Isometric Powerflexing makes me stronger, I feel it in other Isometrics and also like the aesthetics it produces. I can't recall 100% but my memory is Dr. Neal used mostly the M7 and Isometric Powerflexing for his amazing results and transformation. It was a fairly popular course in the 1960s and obviously worked for Dr. Neal, he is the model in the Isometric Powerflex (Dynaflex) section of IPR.

I love Dynaflex, but it was a horribly written course. It took me awhile to figure how to do it properly, so I've been doing it for decades. For someone interested I'd recommend John's IPR since he explains it clearly and in a understandable manner. With Dynaflex I had to makes notes, draw arrows for directions, marked red stars to highlight when and how many breaths to take and highlight areas. Friends had differnt interpretations, my view was what John teaches.

Since my operation I had to stop exercising, know Dynaflex by heart, so that is easy for me to restart. As is obvious I love the Miracle 7 book, two great courses in one book, the Seven Tiger moves DVR exercises and John has a great, concise version of the Atlas Course in the 7 workouts in the M7 book.
