Hey my friends,
I just noticed this section down in the general forum today. If you don't mind, when you start something new like this could you just type "Hey Stupid, Look Below!" The boys and I will start posting on here tomorrow. We haven't been doing the step up nearly as much. We have been doing squats. Caleb is waxing us on these. He is well over 300 in the alloted time while Ben and I are right at 300. I will get you the more exact numbers tomorrow.
