Today Daily Transformation introduced me to a word I was not familiar with:brachiation. :dont-know:So I had to look it up and here's what I found...

I didn't know there was a word for swinging around like an ape! Learn something new every day. And now I have a powerful urge to go to the local park and play on the monkey bars, who's with me? :victory:

Brachiatorly yours,

Joe,

I think if you go to the park and try Brachiating, you will be in for a rude awakening about how tough it is. I look forward to hearing about your results. I tried it after a friend sent me MF's Primate course, and I quickly realized it is something your really need to build up to to do well. But it's fun! Try different types of hangs and briefly lifting one hand from the bar than the other to start.

Yeah, no kidding! Remember how easy and FUN that was when we were kids? I had a little playground set in my backyard and I use to love swinging around on it. Now that I'm all growed it, it actually hard work! :dazed:

Passive brachiation = timed highbar, spine friendly hangs. You don't have to lose height as you age
