Here's a recent pic I took on holiday last week




This year has been hard for me with my training, due to my shoulder injury.

I've mainly stuck with DVR training. Changing my routine every few weeks. Some times doing the M7 workout, other times a DVR workout, othertimes on my Total Gym.

I have been doing a lot of Isometrics the past few months and started doing Hindu pushups, Hindu Squats and normal pushups again around a month ago, now my shoulders starting to heal.


I plan to start training properly again in 2010, a Year after my injury. I've been slowly buillding it up again in order not to keep getting injured.

Hey Paul,

Sounds like a good plan. Unlike you, many of us haven't had the discipline to wait and have often jumped into things we weren't ready for much to our detriment. You've a great start already. Keep doing great things.

Cheers Greg, it's hard not "jumping the gun" - but in the long term it's worth it.
