Well our Government takes the word of a Terrorist, Jihadist killer over six Navy SEALs! Interesting they are charging the 3 SEALs on nothing but the accusation of a Murderer, that he was struck. The other three SEALs have sworn he wasn't. Politicaly Correct Obama has his priorities straight Socialist; after all if you can not trust the word of a Radical Muslim Terrorist Murderer who can you trust, in the eyes of the Liberals all Americans are always guilty no matter what the evidance! I am sure "Marc Rich" pardon guy, Eric Holder is 100% behind Obama on this!

Soldiers aren't civilian police officers. The Obama adminstration is sending the wrong message by this prosecution. I normally don't comment on these things, but this ridiculous attempt to show the world that 'we" play by the rules, is going to backfire. Terrorists and Dictators have no respect for this. This is weakness to be exploited.

A terrorist has no rules.Have many innocent people has this animal killed and ate dinner afterwords.
I think it sends a message to the world especially terrorists that they can get away with murder.
To believe a known terrorist over soldiers loyal to their country that they would die for is wrong.DEAD wrong
Political correctness is a weapon used by terrorist,or should I say misguide individuals who delight in killing
other people. When does aterrorist have rights anyway. The Geneva does not apply.Because you have to be a belong to a country. That is my understanding anyway..The military is trained to fight and win.The problem is no one let them fight and win.
without scrutinizing the results.Every true American should be mad as hell at this and start questioning our leaders, because they do not have the best interest of the people in mind only the vested interest of the politically correct

Martin Indyk is a very experienced diplomat and the former U.S.Ambassador to Israel under the Clinton Administration. His belief is that America is showing great weakness with our "outreached hand" policy and that it has the possibility of ending tragically. In many parts of the world the "out reached hand" is considered a sign of weakness. The title of his book "Innocent Abroad" says it all.

I hope that the world never has to face something like that again. I actually worked with a guy who was living in Hiroshima when the bomb was dropped and survived it. He was part of a Japanese family that were living in Hawaii at the beginning of the War and moved back to Japan thinking that they would be safer there. I know this gets very controversial, but I actually believe that World War II happened because the US and Western Europe were thought to be weak at the time and both Germany and Japan at the time believed that they were the master race and destined to rule the world. Somebody always wants all of the chips in their stack and in my opinion the only way to stop them is to remain strong so they are not tempted by what they perceive to be weakenss.

I knew a Japanese man, one the the Japanese soldiers that went the immediatly to help and clean up Hiroshima. He thought he'd never have a child afterwards from exposure, but he had one.

He said that the Americans acted in a "Politicaly Correct" manner when they bombed Nagasaki. he said Nagasaki was bombed only because there were Europeans living there and a large Japanese Catholic population, they were surrogate "white men" and the dead Europeans made it politicaly more correct. He said the Nagasaki attack was just for Political reasons alone. He thought that if the US had not bombed Hiroshima that six million Japanese would have died in the Invasion. He said the Americans had the Invasion planned and were coming, everyone knew it was coming. He thought millions were saved by the first bomb.
