Seasonal Flu Injection and H1N1 Injection

Voted with my feet, and got both a seasonal flu injection shot awhile ago and recently got a H1N1 flu injection shot and had to drive 80 miles for it. I'd missed the local H1N1 Clinic.

This was a topic earlier but on thought and talking to my MD got both.

I pray you all stay healthy and not contract any flu virus.

I have had neither, and have never had a flu shot. I have also not had the flu my entire adult life (nearing 50 now) and have only had the occasional mild cold every few years or so.

Thank you Free, I worked with Asbestos (the 4th generation to do so) when younger and was exposed as an infant. I am lucky the new med's helped me, now just have Asthma, so for me it was logical. I'd spoken to a Heart Doctor at a party, he and another MD were leery of the H1N1 flu shots from what people in the Medical Profession said. In my case think I made the best choice.

Free sounds good, exercise has protected you.
