After a recent experience at work I have decided to begin working on my single limb strength. OAP and single leg squats , from reading some posts on the forum most people take this as a stunt sort of thing (feel free to correct me when I am wrong it happens often ) I don't want to be doing a Pavel style Naked Warrior type thing but I thing by GTG'ing the reps ala Hollyweed at various heights that should help me increase my strength overall . I am not looking for this to be a steady diet but an adjunct to my regular routine and something that is good for short bursts of training .
That and its gonna be funny when I bust my face or bruise my pride when trying to do them lol :silly:

To keep the safety and stability of the two limb versions, you can favor one side with both hands, legs, on the floor, a circular push-up, for example. Start slow and careful, using the full tension as needed, as you read in Naked Warrior.
