1. Your current body weight is
2. Your current waist measure is
3. The most realistic waist measure for you is
4. The difference between the two measures is
5. Multiply the difference by 6
6. Deduct the above figure from actual weight
7. Divide step 6's result by 10
8. Multiply step 6's result by step 7's result

This would be daily caloric recommendation

What I personally do is separate my foods into a proper eating pattern. 4 protein and fat meals ( 3 grams of protein to 1 gram fat; NO CARBS; lots of green veggies ) and 2 carbohydrate meals ( starch and fruit ONLY in this meal; veggies o.k too ). Daily caloric allotment divided by 6; each meal equal in calories and alternates. I.E, 1 protein, 1 carb, etc. ) This looks like it would take too much thinking but once you get the hang of it, it becomes natural. I eat more on this plan than any other I've ever tried and I remain leaner than ever before. You will feel "lighter". Give it a try.
