Hey Friends,

I decided to make a video on an exercise I have been playing with on the Power Ts. The first exercise is sort of the standard variation and the second is kinda an advanced variation. Anyway if you have ANY questions please ask. :) I hope you enjoy! All the best. BiOSAwX-68c

P.S. Thank you John and Tom (gtlauu). John for helping me to realize my goals. dreams, and for making ALL of this possible. Tom for giving me the inspiration and courage to try to make a video this. :highfive:

Awesome Nate!

It strikes me watching both you and Tom working with the T's that you make them look very, very easy. I don't know that that is a good thing, to be honest. Unless you have a set of Warrior T's you probably can't appreciate just how hard those moves are!

You really make it looks like a piece of cake. :highfive:

Hey Joe,

Thank you my friend. Also I do have to agree with you. You truly can't see, guess, or appreciate how hard the Power Ts are. Also did you see where my ear phone falls out. As soon as it fell out I said dang-it. :teeth: O well. Anyway again Thanks and All the best.

Hey Friends,

I missed some things in my first post.

First if you decide to try these PLEASE make sure you have a pretty good foundation on the Power Ts first. I truly don't want any of you to hurt your selfs trying these.

Second I believe if you are trying to get to where you can do one arm push-ups on the Power Ts these could really help you. Because you are balancing ALL of your weight on one arm which should help you develop the strength and balance you need to do an One arm push-up on the Ts.

Anyway again I hope you all enjoy the video. :) All the best.

Nate,

Thats just insane the way you used those T's. Your arms are looking a little bigger then your avatar. You got some insane strength bro. If only I had a quarter of the strength you have with that variation i'd be stoked. Again great video.

Hey Tom, Benny, Monty, and Adam,

Thank you all for the great posts and kind words. Also to be honest I didn't think I made these look easy at all! I have to say they are kinda hard. But anyway again thanks my friends.

Nathan Atlas,

I could not be more proud of you. What awesome work. And let me say Nate that your strength to bodyweight ratio is 'OFF THE CHARTS' ! Incredible job!

Nate,

Thanks for the great video. I can see a value in doing these rows even if you do not have Power T's. Gonna try it tonight.

Thanks for the Inspiration!

Natlas- I like that new name, Tom! That's kinda what I was thinking too- Nate is the next
Charles Atlas!!

Nate, that is just insane! I did enjoy it and it is very inspirational- I just wish I wasn't on the "downhill"
side of life- LOL! I'm struggling to do regular push ups at this point!

Keep the vidoes coming- great job!! excellent!

Man, Nate, you sure do make that look easy, I just tried it and it is harder than it looks, for sure!!

Seems as though you could double the difficulty by finishing in a sort of side bridge 'cross' shape. We used to do those in water polo and called then man makers.

To clarify a bit after you lift the arm you turn the body so the lifted arm points to the ceiling and the chest faces the wall. I have no idea if those are practical, perhaps something to shoot for?

Nate,
Great post. After having tried some, wow! The act of using one hand at a time REALLY amplifies the mind/body aspect of the Ts. Your whole body is REALLY(lol!) worked with this level of instability.
Anyway thanks; I will incorporate this into my routine.
Aloha,
Jim

Nate,

Wow, great video thanks for posting that. I have done this exercise in the past and it’s a great exercise and very difficult involving a change of direction and balance. To successfully execute this move you have to truly be focused on what you are doing. This is truly an advance move. Thanks again for posting and I hope that others try it and report their experiences.

Hey nate,
Believe it or not, I now use the one armed hold as my warmup on the Ts. I have now started to salute amd turn my body to the sky with the hand raised. It is a great way to warm up, get one's focus, and get that stability challenge. THEN I go and use the Ts normally. No one-armed Ts yet though, lol!
Anyway,
Jim
