My last post was a bit depressing I suppose but I seem to be out of the hole.I realised that these things can develop a life of their own if you are not careful.
Anyway onwards and upwards...Did 10x 100m hill runs this morning with a jog recovery and really flew up the hill.I could have done 15 I think.Just felt very strong and fluid and I literally bounced off of the ground!
I have been doing Guts on average twice a week and it seems to be the key.I alternate the push ups as outlined in the back of the book and it seems to be working.

Hey GKC,

Your problem is one that millions of men deal with. Due to mineral depletion in our soils many men are deficient in the essential nutrients that are necessary for male hormone production. TRUST ME ON THIS, I NOW HAVE THIS BASE COVERED COMPLETELY. At age 57, I living at level of vibrancy most 20 year olds can't match.

You have already noticed positive differences with G.U.T.S. and sprinting both of which stimulate the body's natural production of Testosterone and HGH. Keep doing what you are doing and soon the last piece of the puzzle will be available to you.

With John mentioning mineral depletion, take a look at NutriPrima's Lith-a-Life (http://nutriprima.com/product/lith-life) as well. It's an all natural mineral supplement that really helps with mental focus and depression among other things.
