I was dead tired the past 2 days and couldn't motivate to work out at all. I felt pretty depressed about it, but my body just wouldn't comply.

Today, I woke up and staggered over to the chin up bar not expecting anything stellar. Hit my stopwatch and started banging them out. Hit the 13th rep(which has been my max for MONTHS) and noticed I wasn't even fatigued and just kept going. Banged out 16.

Also, its my son's 15th birthday.

Sadly, my Atlas III push up max is still 20. Perplexing.
