Although I'm on the Transformetrics site almost every day, I hardly ever post anything. I've finally felt compelled to share my success story and what Transformetrics has done for me. I posted my story of how I blew out the entire back half of my rotator cuff with the addition of three tears from a flight deck injury serving overseas. Six months after the surgery they wanted to kick me out of the Navy on the claim that I'd never be able to do another push-up or pull-up ever again. My doctor said if I even just thought of doing a push-up (Even a "girl" push-up), my shoulder would blow out again. With only six months before getting the boot out of the Navy (Which I absolutely can not afford to do) I ran into Transformetrics. I bought a few of the books and read through them and did the exercises here and there inconsistently . I recall losing horribly to some disciplined and dedicated guys on Joe's 60 day challenge. It wasn't until after Joe's Challenge, around Sept that I decided to really begin the Transformetrics way. After about 4 months of The Miracle Seven with a little IPR and PYTP thrown in, I noticed a huge change. It is now Christmas Eve and I'm able to perform the G.U.T.S. program. I went from ZERO push-ups in Sept to roughly 100 per day in sets of 20-30. The greatest news of all is that I will no longer be kicked out of the Navy. After pushing for another Medical Review Board earlier this week, I've been found to be fit for full duty as of Jan 6th. What was to be my last day in the Navy is now only the beggining of a long and glorious pain free me. I now have the choice of staying in or getting out. Not my shoulder. Me. And for that, I would once more like to thank Mr. Peterson and the entire Transformetrics forum for all of your support and advice. I don't want to sound too dramatic, but without all of you I'd be jobless and cripple for 2010. Instead, I'm starting 2010 with a BANG! God Bless and Merry Christmas!

I want you to know that reading your post has really, really made my day! My dad was in the Navy and so are several of my cousins. Thank you Joe. You've been a tremendous help to me since I've been here. I'm guilty of never replying to show my gratitude and appreciation, but I read everything you post. Whether you know it or not, your posts and your 60 day challenge were the big push to getting me in the groove of things. Speaking of which, a shot at redemption would be be nice :) How about starting another challenge to kick off the new year? I just may have it in me to give you a run for your money.

Hey Sanctified Warrior,

WOW! Thank you so much for sharing your incredible story. Your story underscores the healing and corrective power of our methods and not just the fact that they produce great synergistic fitness and an awesome physique. And let me congratulate you on starting with the M7 Tiger Moves. When it comes to healing the body the Tiger Moves(DVR/VRT) and Isometrics re-direct the healing power of NERVE FORCE to the injured area and literally re-build the tissue from the inside out.Bottom line: you've rebuilt and made the tendons, ligaments and joints much stronger and now the muscle tissue is responding in a way that is extraordinary. At some point I hope you'll show your doctor how wrong he truly was and what you are capable of doing.

Now, let me make a point. I have written "Hard As Nails--A Man's Guide to Ultimate Push-Ups for the Awesome Physique" . It is finished. It is in the design phase. In Part II (that a few close friends have reviewed), I feature Eleven Body Part Specific Specialty Courses ( it is literally more complete and comprehensive than any non-equipment course ever written)that will strengthen and sculpt every muscle group from multiple angles and on both of the body for complete, synergistic strength, development and healing. I want to add your post above to the book. Believe me, only a man that is Hard As Nails would have been able to persevere and do what you have done. You'll receive a free copy for being featured in the book.

sanctifiedwarrior I believe the Miracle 7 are healing so you were on the right program to start, Isometrics and DVRs also heal as does DSR; you got the right start and PTYP teaches the same great stuff. I am so happy for you, you got a good present form Santa! God bless you brother.

Sanctified Warrior,

I read your post and all I can do is smile from ear to ear. These are the kind of testimonies we like to hear. THIS STUFF WORKS! I also praise God for your recovery and for the fact you will not be discharged. Times are tough and jobs hard to find. Isn't good to know that impossibilities can become possibilities?

Totally inspiring, Sanctified! I have had similar results with the M7 and a shoulder injury. I continue to use the M7 daily and build on that.

That is fantastic! Transformetrics is the right name for John's system as it can definitely transform people and change lives on every level. In my case it strengthened my mind and emotions and got me through some really stressful times in my life and turned disavantages to advantages. I hope a lot of people read this thread because I think the whole world is going to be facing some really tough challenges next year and this is just what they will need.

I thank all of you for your support and kind words. This forum has been an exceptional blessing to me. I'm sure all of you know that this couldn't have happened without answered prayer, serious work and dedication to the program. Although the exercises apear to be easy, when done properly as outlined in the books...IT'S TOUGH! To be completely honest, I laughed at the routines upon recieving my books. Before getting injured I was in decent shape and knew (Or at least thought I knew) what it took to be physically fit. The first time I did the Tiger Moves (3 sets of 10 with power breathing before, between exercises and after), I was drenched in sweat after the workout and felt a pump like never before. So I stuck with the program and did word for word verbatim what was outined in the books. Every day without excuse. The results are unbelievable not only to myself but the doctors who think they know it all and when to quit. Great doctors. Wrong mind sets. I once again thank you all and am truly honored to be a part of your upcoming masterpiece Mr. Peterson. Merry Christmas and God Bless.

Hey Sanctified Warrior,

Your post underscores the importance of an open mind. I especially like what you stated about your doctors, "The results are unbelievable not only to myself but the doctors who think they know it all and when to quit. Great doctors. Wrong mind sets." This is so true because all of us are limited by our frame of reference. In my new book, "Hard As Nails" in which you will be among those featured, I am showing photos and testimonials so that new readers will have a frame of reference that they can identify with. Thanks again for a fantastic post and testimonial. God Bless You My Friend.

Hey Warrior, I meant to respond to this earlier, but I got busy and it slipped my mind. First, I'm really glad to know I help give you a little push! That really does mean a lot to me.

Second, I've got an idea for a new challenge but it'll be more about wellness than about physique. It'll be a challenge, but not a contest. Stay tuned

Thanks for sharing your amazing story. The whole direction of your life was changed by Transformetrics. M7 really was a miracle for you.

When I first opened the book, I had never seen anything like those exercises before and thought they looked really weird. But after I tried them, they were not weird anymore. I was fast made into a believer.

All the best to you, and may God bless you.

Tiger Moves are the most amazing and most flexible exercise system that there is. You can trace their origin back thousands of years in yoga and the marital arts. They can be done anywhere and can benefit any individual from the physically most frail to the most advanced. They will not injure your body in the process. They strengthen you mentally and emotionally as well as physically and develop NERVE FORCE. The current head of the Shaolin Temple describes them as MOVING MEDITATION.
