Max,

You look fantastic! Buddy, aren't you the best kept secret on this forum! I guess some of us have to wait until the right time to reveal your progress. In all of our conversations, I never realized you'd been so busted up by the weights. You deserve a trio of pats on the back!

Thank you Gary.

And Greg, coming from you, that means a lot. I appreciate that. I have not attained the level you have by any means (sets of 100 of any kind of pushup), but I am finally beginning to see the realization of some goals.

Hey Max,

After becoming friends with you, I'd be lying if I said that I was the least bit surprised by your progress because I'm not. You are looking great my friend and as your body continues to totally heal from it's previous injuries, you will find yourself capable of doing things that you never imagined that you would be able to do. Believe me Max, as great as you already look and as far as you have already come, it only gets better from here. God Bless You My Friend.

Max like Greg I had no idea how much you had been injured weight lifting, you really have transformed yourself into healthy and fit, the pictures show you getting younger looking. I was never a hardcore lifter, had a weight set that I used as a teen, lifted in Gym class in High School and College.

Having a uncle that trained Boxer's I knew what weight lifting was and stopped using my set of weights and gave it away in time. I did use a chest expander known as strand pulling in Europe, still have my Whitely Gym and have a total gym, when I broke my leg a few years ago the Physical Therapist used a total gym to rehab me; and I used mine at home for the exercises assigned. I know weight lifter's in thier 50's and 60's and all are hurt, but the guys into Yoga, Isometrics, Pilates, Martial Arts, Body Weight are all doing fine. I was just lucky and knew what was coming.

I know the early strong men used light weight with muscle tension and have a friend that sets the machines at the gym at 10 pounds, then uses VRT. He thinks he is getting better results with 10 pounds and VRT than he ever got with just weights. He likes using the machine for form and also likes the Gym. But he is doing betternow than when he was using standrad weight settings.

Max all the best soon things will be even better my friend.

Thanks to all of you. The great thing about this forum is the encouragement and inspiration that I find from reading and learning from everyone here. My progress (have not achieved, but continue on this journey) is because of the methods taught and published by John and the support and expertise exhibited by the members of this forum.

I am truly grateful to all of you.
