I need a recomendation for a pull up station formy basement.I like the one I JP using in a video.I want something that is portable and can be adjusted height wise.

For a basement, I think they make a trapeeze type device that attaches to the rafter with chains and eye hooks.

Hi Michael,
The main thing in finding a chin device is height. You want something that is high enough to where your feet don't touch the ground for chins and for hanging leg raises.

New York Barbell was a company I bought a lot of equipment from during my foray in the gym business. Unless it has changed, the prices are reasonable and the equipment durable. It wasn't always the prettiest, and you bolted the pieces together, but for a home gym, the prices are worth it. It is not hard to find them on the internet.
