I'm a newbie and only in my second week of doing the tiger moves. Still, I am wondering what is next after you feel like you want to do a little more than just the tiger moves.

I've seen alot of people talk about g.u.t.s. Is there any women who do this, or is there a better routine for women?

Thanks,
Becki

I believe G.U.T.S. is appropriate for women. That said, whether you're a man or a woman, you should probably have a certain fitness foundation before you dive in. If you jump into G.U.T.S. too soon, you'll get disappointed and maybe dissilusioned.

If you're fairly new to Transformetrics spend at least three months with the M7, not just the tiger moves but also some of the workouts in the back of the book and I think you'll be ready for G.U.T.S.!

Hello Becki,

Joe gave you a great answer. And I want to encourage you to take on the G.U.T.S. challenge. Believe me, this is one foundational training routine that delivers maximum functional strength and fitness as well as a beautifully sculpted body.
